The customer must ensure proper storage immediately after receiving the order.
Leleka is not responsible for product quality deterioration caused by improper storage or delayed reception by the customer.

Frozen food products are non-returnable, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied.
Claims must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order.
